"FALCON PROPERTIES AND INVESTMENTS, LLP, a Colorado limited liability partnership, whose address is PO BOX 3895, ATTN: Paul J. McCallister, Managing Partner, Greenwood Village, CO 80155-3895, and WOODMEN HILLS ASSOCIATES, INC., a dissolved Colorado Corporation, by Benjamin I. Green, in his capacity as a surviving director, whose address is PO BOX 3895, ATTN: Benjamin I. Green, Greenwood Village, CO 80155-3895 (collectively "Grantors"), for the consideration of TEN AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($10.00), IN HAND PAID,Hhereb sell and conveys to the WOODMEN HILLS PUBLIC FACILITIES AUTHORITY, a Colorado non-profit corporation, whose street address is PO Box 3895, ATTN: Benjamin I. Green, President, Greenwood Village CO 80155 ("Grantee"), and undivided one-half (50%) interest that certain real property situate in the County of El Paso, State of Colorado, said real property being legally described as:

THOSE EASEMENT RIGHTS CREATED BY EASEMENT AGREEMENT RECORDED ON MAY 19, 1987 IN BOOK 5367 AT PAGES 1361 AND 1367, WARRANTY DEED RECORDED FEBRUARY 7, 1995 IN BOOK 6601 AT PAGE 908 AND ASSIGNMENT OF EASEMENT AGREEMENT RECORDED SEPTEMBER 2, 2011 UNDER RECEPTION NUMBER 211085803."(El Paso County Clerk and Recorder Reception No. #216031059 dtd.
